Earnings Per Share, Policy

ItemTypePeriodBalanceDescription
Earnings Per Share, Subsequent EventstextFor the latest period for which an income statement is presented, this element represents a description of any transaction that occurs after the end of the most recent period but before issuance of the financial statements that would have changed materially the number of common shares or potential common shares outstanding at the end of the period, if the transaction had occurred before the end of the period. Examples of those transactions include the issuance or acquisition of common shares (including stock splits and stock dividends); the issuance of warrants, options, or convertible securities; the resolution of a contingency pursuant to a contingent stock agreement; and the conversion or exercise of potential common shares outstanding at the end of the period into common shares.
Earnings Per Share, Potentially Dilutive SecuritiestextSecurities (including those issuable pursuant to contingent stock agreements) that could potentially dilute basic earnings per share (EPS) in the future that were not included in the computation of diluted EPS because to do so would have been antidilutive for the period presented.
