IFRS Appoints Trustees

The IFRS Foundation has reported the arrangement of Maria Helena Santana and Lynn Wood as Trustees of the IFRS Foundation. Both reinstate resigning Trustees with comparative foundation. The errands will start on 1 January 2014 and will lapse on 31 December 2016.

Mrs. Santana was Chair and President of the Comissao de Valores Mobiliarios (Cvm), the Brazilian move and appropriation of IFRS in Brazil. Mrs. Santana likewise served as Chair of IOSCO's Executive Committee and a part of the International Integrated Reporting Council (IIRC). She trades Pedro Malan, previous Finance Minister of Brazil and previous President of the Central Bank of Brazil.
