All around the world, many small businesses are known to contribute a lot towards the total financial pool of the country and of the world as well. However since past few years, it has been observed that small business are consistently facing losses and this has also caused a major setback in the financial world as well. It is due to this reason that the governments of independent states are also now made obliged to help the small business owners in developing and flourishing their business because their overturn and profit can bring huge fiscal benefits for the national economy of any country.
These small businesses can develop immense trade opportunities at international level if they flourish and create revenues to large scales. However failure to do so can have worse effects on the national economy as well. That is why it is becoming a major challenge for all the governments to promote and develop the small businesses in order to let the nation reap maximum benefit from them at individual as well as collective level.

According to these guidelines, it has been advised by the experts to adopt the SME potential of international level. These suggestions have also been endorsed by ACCA Global Forum especially for the small and medium sized enterprises.

There are clear suggestions calling the governments to recognize the importance of global power of SMEs. It should be made clear that SME is not only concerned about the export but it can also take imports as well. Foreign direct investment has got a great role to play in the business boost of the small level businesses. This is accompanied by the sub contracting at international level which will be of great help for these small business schemes. Experts believe in technical cooperation policies and are of the view that these policies will help in supporting networks reflecting a boost in business.
