The 2015 MP Elite Submissions now being accepted by Accounting Today

Submissions to qualify for the Elite top management partner leadership held annually are now being accepted by Accounting Today. The Elite report of MP which is expected to be published in the October issue has identified and profiled close to 12 of the best leaders in public accounting organizations of nearly every size in the country. In several portraits of some of the best managing organizations such as large, midsized and small, this list identifies the characteristics and qualities which make a good leader.

The criterion for judging the candidates is largely on tangible and intangible basis including but not limited to:

-Quantitative data relating to staff and revenue growth

-Implemented strategies relating to expansion and growth

-Leadership style in establishing dedicated and talented staff

-Service line innovations, client service and practice management

-The promotion and adoption of the technology of cutting edge

The MP Elite candidates need to fulfill the firm leader’s role in which ever title they are whether of the managing shareholder, partner, president or chief executive of a public accounting firm based in the United States which has members not exceeding 15 and who must be in that position for a period not less than 4 years.

Moreover, the MP Elite previous members list is not going to qualify for consideration in the next three years period. For them to be considered, candidates need to send their answers of the below listed questions in a mail attachment or email body together with a 300-dpi candidate’s photo to AcToday@SourceMedia.com on or before 4th September 2015.

- Title of the candidate

- Organization’s name

- Location of headquarters

- Total number of employees

- Period of service as a chief executive office or managing partner

- Period of time that you have been with your organization

- What is the growth in size of your firm during your tenure

- How many physical firms did your organizations have by the time you got to be an MP

- Are there succession plans in place as yet

- What are the technological advances that your firm has implemented during your tenure
