AccuFund Releases New Accounting Suite with Enhanced Features

AccuFund Incorporation, which is essentially a non-for profit financial accounting and reporting software designer has recently released the 4.04 version of it accounting suite. The new version now offers a new and innovative task scheduler module and comes with payroll enhancements.

The new and freshly incorporated task scheduler allows the users to display finance related report or print financial statements that requires scheduling for specific time and date or on weekly, monthly and daily basis. Users are also free to offload the reports’ processing to not so busy hours to ensure that the AccuFund resources that are used by the other clients do not get affected in the peak hours.

Even the time clocks have been integrated appropriately in the latest version and are accessed via the payroll related module or the portal for employee. By utilizing a proximity related card or a biometric reader, which is capable of scanning finger prints, the employees are now capable of logging in as well as entering their job related codes and time, whereas supervisors can review and give approvals to the time of employees easily.

The payroll related module now capable of performing an accrual automatically at the end of the month. Employees can also incorporate, in their timesheets, a memo, which explains the work done by them or the reason for working overtime.

Apart from this, the all new accounting suite now comes with a feature called the accounts receivable, which is included in the cash receipts module. This feature gives permission for making payment towards an invoice that is to be applied on a line-item or full basis.
