FreshBooks Launches Accounting App for iPhone Users
FreshBooks, developers of cloud accounting based software has now launched an application for iPhone users that would incorporate several important features already present in its web adaptation.
The FreshBooks iOS application will enable iPhone users in sending invoices, inviting subcontractors or staff for projects so that they are able to log their working hours even as you (the user) continues to work as well as create invoices using timesheets and acquire payments online using PayPal and further attach the expenses to the invoices straightaway.
Even though few partners of FreshBooks have designed the iOS applications that are compatible with FreshBooks already, the new application is one of the first apps that has been designed by the organization.
Mike McDerment, co-founder and chief executive FreshBooks mentioned that the FreshBooks iPhone application was designed to help owners of small businesses achieve additional flexibility with regard to FreshBooks account created by them and further access the app from anywhere.
McDerment also stated that people set up their own business for serving customers and fulfilling their own passion and not for learning accounting. This is precisely the reason why FreshBooks has launched an app that is accessible, simple and helps small business owners save a lot of time when it comes to billing.
FreshBooks iOS app is available for free of cost but users will have to setup a FreshBooks account in order to use the app. FreshBooks is also offering the app for trial for a period of thirty days for free and after that FreshBooks will remain free for those users who create only three customer invoices and no more than that. However, for setting up a paid FreshBooks account, users will have to pay a sum of $20 per month for as many as twenty five customers.
The FreshBooks iOS app is simple to use and users can even talk to a person live anytime they need any clarification. FreshBooks ensures complete safety of a user’s data. Users can back up their data in the cloud and enjoy 256-bit encryption. Owners of small-sized businesses will get ample scope to organize their work and spend only a couple of minutes on billing. They will also be able to work from just about anywhere.
