Intuits Launches New Versions of QuickBooks 2013

Intuit has released new versions of QuickBooks 2013, which includes Pro, Premier and Accountant with several important enhancements in addition to a completely new and innovative interface. Specifically for accountants the Intuit has also added a number of tools to its Accountant version that allows them to save their time as far as navigation, invoicing and workflow is concerned. The new edition provides improved and enhanced centers for important transactions and information, apart from extra tabs, ability to record transactions like charges related to credit card in batches and a ‘send journal entry’ workflow related feature.
Jacint Tumacder, Product Manager for QuickBooks Accountant stated that each year Intuit focuses adding 2-3 big features to its existing editions. In addition to this, Intuit also gets feedback on a number of things. He further stated that while Intuit has added some of the big features in this particular edition, it has also added some small features to the edition so that it works for all QuickBook 2013 users.
Some of the other important improvements that have been made in QuickBooks 2013 Accountant incorporate the ability to enter as many as one thousand transactions into QuickBooks from Excel in batches. In addition to this, accountants can also record email journal entries to customers directly from the QuickBooks, and in turn customers can simply click in order to automatically import the entries from the email attachment. Accountants can also do the editing and formatting of custom documents and financial statements using the popular word and Microsoft Excel functions. Accountants can create reports for different types of customer businesses and all the data gets refreshed automatically.
Accountants will also be able to access the tools that they use regularly in just one click. This particular feature is customizable and incorporates the all new Reconcile Widget that offers a completely new look at reconciled balance, account balances as well as last reconciled date in one specific place.
QuickBooks 2013 has become really popular amongst accountants since it minimizes paper work and allows them to track expenses and invoices instantly. In addition to this, it also allows accountants to work from anywhere and at anytime during the day.
